Want to trade at Shepton Mallet Sunday Market?

After a hugely successful first year, the market is returning, bigger and better in 2025.

To apply as a trader at the Shepton Sunday Market is a very straightforward process. Here is a little Eventaly guide that may help you to set up your free participant account.

How to apply:

  1. Head to eventaly.com and create a free participant account for your business. Please include a selection of high-quality images (these can be used in promotion of your presence at the market if you are successful).
  2. Read our Terms and Conditions before applying (NB you will need Public Liability Insurance of £5 million to trade on our markets).
  3. Head to https://eventaly.com/event/shepton-mallet-sunday-market/ and select the dates and the pitch types you’d like to apply for.
  4. Once you’ve submitted your application, you don’t need to contact us separately – we will assess your application and let you know whether you have been successful or not, for each of your applied dates.
  5. We will send traders packs, pitch info, timings etc during the week before market day.

Please note:

  • To ensure a fresh market each month, if your application is successful, it does not guarantee you will be offered a pitch at every date applied for.
  • We will book pitches up to 3 months in advance (so you can apply for further dates in the future, however, we won’t respond to you about these dates until up to 3 months before said date).
  • No tables are provided. We have a limited number of 2x2m gazebos available – please ensure you apply for the correct pitch type.
  • You can amend your application at any time, via your profile on eventaly.com.
  • Please be aware that this is a curated market where traders are carefully selected to bring an exciting, diverse mix of products for our visitors to enjoy.
